Joan (Sophie Turner) buries her diamonds and Boisie (Frank Dillane) takes her back to Bernard’s to cover her tracks. The job Boisie has in mind for Joan is smuggling stolen jewellery to Spain, but first Joan adeptly steals designer items using a stolen cheque book. Impressed, Boisie recognises her talents, deepening their connection.

They successfully deliver the jewels to Albie (Gershwyn Eustache Jnr), an ex-cellmate, friend and business associate of Boisie’s. Joan falls in love with the opulent lifestyle Boisie shows her and he’s equally impressed by this independent, chaotic, exciting woman. As Boisie and Joan fall in love, her loyalty is torn between him and her daughter, Kelly. Albie's unsettling interest in Joan raises questions about his motives. Back in the UK, Joan faces social services' scrutiny, jeopardising Kelly's return. Seeking solace in Boisie, she resolves to find a way to have it all.

This powerful documentary investigates how, for over twelve years, the prime suspect in the violent murder of a young mother has been able to walk free in Britain - part of an alleged cover-up that goes to the top of the UK military.  Centred around BATUK - home of the British Army in Kenya and one of the UK’s biggest overseas bases - the film hears from British soldiers who are now speaking out, revealing that many colleagues and officers in their regiment know the name of the man who allegedly attacked 21 year-old Agnes Wanjiru, stabbing her before dumping her body in a hotel septic tank, something he denies.  And it examines how, after decades of concerns surrounding the base,  some soldiers there continue to abuse local women today, including  allegations of rape, and sexual assault on underage girls.

In the final episode of the series,  the romance is dialled up for the final dates outside of the retreat before the kids are reunited with their parents and their potential new partner, in order to ask their pressing questions. Fresh from these reunions the kids have one last big decision to make when giving their blessing on their new relationships. Will the kids approve of their new found love, or are some obstacles too big to overcome?

In the penultimate episode, the kids are given the chance to write their parents a note about what they want them to leave behind. In an emotional final workshop the parents hear how far they’ve come through their children's eyes. Davina enters the retreat to check in on the parents and see who wants to continue with their connections, or whether it’s time to leave the retreat and be reunited with their kids.

In the eighth instalment, Davina invites the mums to share what they’ve learnt from the experience so far with some emotional responses, whilst the dads do the same in a male focused workshop.

Two of the parents begin to work out their feelings during a game of basketball whilst one of the dads gets a much needed face to face chat with his daughter. Meanwhile, one of the mums begins to question whether her connection will work in the real world and considers walking away.

Later, one couple has a meaningful heart to heart but one of their kids is not yet sold on the commitment of her mother’s love interest.

It's the start of a new week in the retreat for our single parents.  One couple gets closer whilst another hits a bump in the road. There’s a seaside date, with some intervention from the kids of course, and an intimate moment between two parents causes their kids to reach for the cushions.

A game of truths brings the parents together and Davina delivers a big revelation.

In the second show of the series, Davina heads to the Retreat to catch up with the parents about their first dates. The parents share their vulnerabilities around finding love and one mum reveals the reason for her marriage breakdown.

Later, a new dad causes a stir as he gets to know the mums with speed dating and the kids choose who their parents will spend extra one-on-one time with by cooking the evening meal.

On the first show on the series, the nervous parents are dropped off at the doors of the retreat by their kids who all meet at ‘The Bunker’ where they will watch their parents trying to find love over the next few weeks.

Host Davina McCall heads to meet the kids and give them their first task, to choose who their parents will have their first date with. The dates bring some promising connection, some embarrassing moments for the kids watching and some revealing conversations about past relationships.

S4 Ep3 - You Are Dead:

Grace and Branson are thrown into what is possibly their most disturbing and high-profile case yet, when workmen digging up a path by Hove Lagoon unearth a dark secret that was meant to stay buried for good. Meanwhile, across the city, what appears to be an isolated missing persons incident, soon becomes an investigation bigger than Grace could ever have imagined, when a barely visible yet chilling detail linking the Lagoon discovery and the missing person case reveals that this is an investigation spanning back years and the perpetrator is only just getting started again. As the victim count increases and a wave of growing unease spreads through the city of Brighton as to when and where the perpetrator will strike next, Grace and his team face a pressure like never before as they desperately hunt a sinister and supremely intelligent serial offender, who has evaded justice for far too long, in a race to save an innocent life.

This deeply affecting film follows a small number of Gazans and Israelis through the most dramatic and tragic year of their lives. Using personal and previously unseen footage, it tells the story of the war in Gaza and the October 7 attacks through deeply emotional stories from both sides of the conflict.

In Gaza, the film follows three individuals from reaction to the October 7th attacks to the start of the bombing by the Israeli military and to the loss of family members that all three suffer. In Israel, we witness footage of the Israeli characters, as they and their family members are attacked by Hamas on October 7th and then follow their stories through the year.

Gali, her husband and three of her children were at home in their kibbutz as Hamas broke through the Gazan border fence. Its fighters entered the compound before filming themselves breaking into her house and shooting through the security room door that she and her family were hiding behind. They killed her teenage daughter. Hamas record the ordeal of her family as they huddle together on the floor not knowing their fate. Bat-Sheva tells the film about her husband being shot and how their whole family was kidnapped and taken towards Gaza. Bat-Sheva escapes with her two young daughters but is helpless as her 12-year-old son and husband are taken across the border.

In Gaza, Ibrahim tells of his foreboding as he sees people celebrating the Hamas attacks: “Like everyone in Gaza, I live under siege - continual wars and invasions. We live a life of humiliation. Everything is hard. It was natural for people to be happy. But in my head, I knew we were heading towards the abyss.” The commercial photographer starts filming the devastating bombing raids in his part of northern Gaza. Before October 7th, he worked on fashion shoots and advertisements. Soon it is he and his family who are being pulled from the rubble of their house. Ibrahim and his many young cousins are filmed as they arrive at hospital. Eleven of his family were killed, including his two-year-old cousin Mila. The Head Surgeon at the hospital, Dr Al Ran, is coping with a flood of casualties when he is filmed being told his own family members have been killed in an air raid.

A homeless Ibrahim takes refuge at the hospital. He films, as it is attacked by the Israeli military, which has said Hamas was firing from its buildings. The hospital is shelled and wrecked. The hospital closes and Dr El Ran moves to work at another but is arrested and held in Israel. He tells us about his 45-day ordeal before being released without charge.

Agam was one of the 251 Israeli hostages taken to Gaza on October 7th. She was held by Hamas in tunnels with her mother and two young brothers, moving to avoid detection and meeting other hostages who told her about physical and sexual abuse. Ghada is a young woman who dreams of running her own solar panel business. Displaced in northern Gaza, her family were forced out of their home by a military operation and then displaced a further fifteen times. She films herself, as she and her family struggle to find enough food, and then her grief when her father and brother are killed by a bomb. She is trapped in a cycle of bombing and displacement that shows no sign of ending. For the Israelis, who still have family members held hostage in Gaza, there is no end either, not knowing if their loved ones are alive or dead.

This is a film about individuals, but it adds up to a devastating portrait of the conflict as a whole and a profound look at the cycle of violence and the tragedy of Israelis and Palestinians. As Agam says after her release: “I thought in another universe we might live together. The opportunity is gone.”

Eight unsuspecting bad boyfriends will be flown to a Greek island under the premise of filming a series about manhood and bromance in a hedonistic holiday mecca, before getting the shock of their lives when Olivia appears to announce their wild partying days are on hold and to reveal the true purpose of the show - to whip them into better boyfriend shape. All at the behest of their long-suffering girlfriends, whose surprise, dramatic arrivals cause mayhem.

Grace’s team investigates a case where nothing is ever as it first appears. When an unidentified murder victim is found left out in the open Sussex countryside in curious circumstances, the post-mortem reveals more questions than it does answers. As Grace works to identify the body, hoping this might provide some crucial clue as to the killer’s motive, a chilling discovery in central Brighton suggests something more is at play here. Both crime scenes are puzzling and elaborate – designed to send a deliberate message. It seems that whoever is doing this wants the police to know these deaths are connected, but why? Perseus reaches its climax as Kieran prepares to catch Shakiel with a carload of automatic weapons. However, Spencer’s killer Jermaine King has escaped from custody and kidnapped Ryan’s sister Tia. Sarah has to free Tia and re-arrest King before he disrupts Perseus. The operation succeeds: Shakiel is arrested. Then a completely unexpected disruption occurs: Ryan sees Steve shaking hands with police officers. Suddenly there are two hostage situations: Kieran and Lizzie at Steve’s flat where a furious Ryan holds Steve at gunpoint, and Sarah trying to rescue Tia from the desperate King. The scene is set for a breathtaking finale.

The death of working girl Lexi, murdered by Shakiel in revenge for Spencer’s stabbing, sends shock waves through Sarah’s investigation and Operation Perseus. Kieran, already under pressure because wife Mary has thrown him out of their home, faces an angry Lizzie, demanding he share information about Lexi with Sarah. But Kieran is adamant: sharing information would not only alert Shakiel Oliver to the existence of Operation Perseus, it would endanger Steve’s life. The pressure on Kieran is about to get worse: his wife contacts Sarah and says she has information about the Portland Tower case.
