If any of the celebrity/celebrities is unable to perform or is prevented from performing fully in the Programme for any reason including without limitation medical reasons, then the producers of the Programme will in their sole discretion decide whether that celebrity/celebrities will continue in the Programme, having regard to all circumstances and information available to them at the relevant time. The producers of the Programme will in their sole discretion determine if another celebrity/ other celebrities may be allowed to enter the competition.
If the outcome of a vote cannot be reasonably determined because of a technical failure or for any other reasons beyond the Programme’s producer’s or ITV’s reasonable control the Programme producers’ decision will determine the outcome.
If circumstances arise beyond the reasonable control of ITV that make the scheduled Trial or other activity unsafe for the celebrities then the Programme’s producers reserve their right, at their sole discretion, to substitute the scheduled Trial or other activity for an alternative.
The producers of the Programme may in their discretion reintroduce a celebrity seen in earlier stages of the competition who was previously eliminated by the public vote.
