PRE-REGISTRATION FOR ONLINE VOTING - INFORMATION
Online voting method and cost:
Viewers in the UK, Isle of Man and Channel Islands may vote for which contestant(s) they wish in accordance with the instructions specified on itv.com/vote (“website”) or in the relevant broadcast programme (“programme”).
In order to vote online (or pre-register to vote online), you will have to go to the website and register your UK mobile phone number and accept the terms and conditions. You will then be asked to verify your number by entering the passcode sent via SMS to your mobile number. Your device will remain registered and logged in to the website unless you log out or delete cookies on your device. Please note that if you log out or delete the cookies onyour device, you will have to repeat the process of receiving a pin via SMS to be able to vote during each voting window.
There is no charge when voting via the website although internet service provider’s fees may apply when you access the internet.
Opening/closing times:
Vote lines will open and close as specified on the website or in the relevant programme.
