Stoptober Day Three: 'I'm not going to cave'

ITV West Country viewer Helen from Cornwall is on Day Three of her challenge to go Smoke free for 28 days.

She's one of many taking part in 'Stoptober', an annual campaign that encourages people to give up cigarettes for a month.

Helen wants to quit for good, and is sharing her experience with us. In today's update, she reveals she's woken up with cravings, but she's resisting the urge.
