Stoptober Day Zero: 'This is my last cigarette'
Tomorrow marks the start of 'Stoptober' - an annual campaign by Public Health England which sees thousands of people across the West Country try to give up smoking for 28 days.
The idea is that by taking part in the challenge, some people may be inspired to give up cigarettes for good. The NHS says that if people can make it to 28 days smoke free they are five times more likely to quit forever.
One woman who is hoping to give up is Helen Furze from Cornwall.
She currently smokes 20 cigarettes a day and says she wants to give up for her children.
Here, she's agreed to share her journey...
