Smelly black water has been seen spilling out of a pipe into the sea on a beach in Dorset. 

With regular cliff falls and water pollution a concern, voters in West Dorset have been discussing the environmental concerns that will influence their vote.

The child was stuck in mud up to their waist, according to the fire service.
