Durham County Council has passed a £6m masterplan to regenerate Third Street in Horden, but residents say they are 'worried' further regeneration won't happen.

The move follows the reopening of Primark and the removal of the Bank Buildings Hoarding

UNESCO says Liverpool Waters and other large scale infrastructure projects have progressively eroded the integrity of the site.
