Police have released a picture of Akashdeep Singh, 23, who they believe may have information about the fatal crash.

Photographs from the M40 show the vehicle severely damaged, laying on its side. The lorry driver was taken to hospital with minor injuries.

An investigation was carried out at Welcome Break off the M40 following a complaint. KFC, The Good Breakfast, Chopstix and Starbucks were forced to close.
