The plan that I've put together will get you used to the routines one by one, the more you do them, the more familiar they will become, your intensity will increase and before you know it you'll be making up your own routines. In the end you won't even have to look at me, you'll be rocking them on your own. Don't worry if there's something you can't do, make up your own moves, add your own flavour and dance like nobody's watching and sing like nobody's listening while you're at it.

Suck it up!!! Pull everything in tight, all the muscles that contribute to your waistline, suck 'em up, it'll improve your posture too but don't forget to breathe.

Have a bottle of water to hand and drink between every track, you might need a towel too, you'll be working up a sweat!!

For the cardio track, do what you can, if it's too much to jump into the step, keep the intensity low and step into it rather than jump.

Get committed, block out 20 minutes every day in your diary so that you know what you're doing. This is great for your mindset too. I love a list, I love ticking things off, so write it down somewhere and tick it off every day.
