The Viewer Services Team for Lorraine are on hand to take your calls Monday to Friday from 6am to 10am. If our lines are busy you will be given the option to leave us a message or alternatively you can send an email to lorraine@itv.com.

If you call outside our opening hours, you'll be able to leave a message.

Calls cost 2p per minute from a BT landline.

Calls from other networks may be higher, and from mobiles will be considerably more.
