Easy cardio

Jane Wake starts us off with our cardio at a nice, easy pace, so you can build up from here.

This is based around using just three moves that work into a square formation. Imagine a square about 1 meter on each side and aim to move into the square with each step you take. To begin with there will be lots of repetitions of each move, which will gradually decrease. You MUST work at a pace where you feel puffed but where you can string 1 – 2 sentences together.

Make bigger steps and use more or less arm movement to increase or decrease the intensity. I also have a little motto which is ‘If in doubt march it out!’ If you can’t get to grips with a move, don’t stop dead, simply march on the spot and try again next time the move comes round! All these videos are in REAL time – just follow and GO!

Step touch side to side - at the end ‘make a square’ - don’t worry if you cant get this - but do have a go!
