Cool down

Jane shows us how to cool down properly at the end of our workouts.

It’s really important to always do these stretches at the end of a workout. They are only short stretches, held for 20 seconds each and are designed to return your muscles back to the length they were before your workout. If you want to increase your flexibility, aim to hold each stretch for longer – up to a minute at a time. You’ll need a mat or carpet to lie on and a towel.
