Intense cardio
If you're advanced in your fitness, try Jane's quick Intense Cardio work out.
This is an interval style workout where you will work really hard for 15 – 20 seconds, recover for 15 – 20 seconds and repeat. It’s designed to be really tough so please don’t attempt this if you have any health concerns or haven’t recently exercised. Look at my workout Combos for when you should use this move.
Aim to work in the hard intervals at an intensity where you can only manage to speak for a few words. Always recover by working at a low intensity before you try another hard bout. You don’t need any equipment other than a step or low supportive platform to put your hands on when doing the mountain climber move. All these videos are in REAL time – just follow and GO!
