Pledge your support to Lorraine's VIPs campaign
March is Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month and we're getting behind the cause with a week-long awareness campaign to get the entire nation talking about it!
Working in conjunction with the charity Ovarian Cancer Action, our Very Important Parts (VIPs) campaign will be fronted by presenter and actress Terri Dwyer, who sadly lost her mum to the disease, aged 44.
Our mission is to educate and empower women about their VIPs, notice the signs and symptoms of ovarian cancer, share their stories and honour the survivors who have battled and beaten the disease.
Throughout the campaign, we'll be hearing from women of all ages who have experienced ovarian cancer and we'll be visiting the research centres that are striving to save lives every day. As well as that, Dr Hilary will be teaching us how to recognise the signs and symptoms.
Our ultimate message - if we can get people talking about it, and ensure the earliest possible diagnosis, there's hope!
So waste no time, start educating yourself and others today by scrolling down for more important information about the campaign and ovarian cancer.
