Meet our Brand New You team

Following the success of 2016's Bikini Promise + One campaign, Lorraine is kick-starting the new year with Brand New You!

And to make sure 2017 is our happiest and healthiest yet, she’s joined forces with Maxine Jones, Happiness Coach Will Foster, our resident medic Dr Hilary Jones, and actress Sherrie Hewson to do it!

Maxine Jones

Maxine Jones will be helping viewers to achieve a Brand New You in 2017!

Maxine is Lorraine’s Zumba instructor and says her life changed when she left her job in banking to pursue teaching the popular dance and fitness classes.

She says: “Every week someone tells me they’ve lost weight, they can see and feel a difference, they’re getting into a pair of jeans they’ve not worn in years. I love that, that is what drives me.”

Maxine will be sharing her top fitness, toning and firming tips as part of Brand New You – ultimately helping us to lose weight the fun way!

Will Foster

Happiness coach Will Foster

Will is a coach whose philosophy rests on his 'good enough' approach to life. Rather than become paralysed by 'perfect', Will guides people to their truest potential both personally and professionally by overcoming fear of failure, fear of rejection and fear of not being 'enough'.

Will’s inspiring and fun-loving approach will leave you empowered to dare greatly, love deeply and live freely!

Dr Hilary Jones

Dr Hilary Jones qualified from The Royal Free Hospital School of Medicine in 1976 and became a Principal in General Practice in 1982, during which time he worked in A&E, ICU, Surgery and Cancer treatment.

He first appeared on ITV in 1989 for TV-AM, then GMTV, Daybreak, Good Britain and of course, Lorraine.

As part of Brand New You, Dr Hilary will have expert advice on how to make changes which will increase your energy and improve your health – helping anyone who feels stuck in a rut.
