Nominate your Woman of the Year

The Lorraine Inspirational Woman of the Year award celebrates real, amazing women. Women who have achieved incredible things, setting up groups or caring for people in communities -and overcoming difficulties in all odds

It’s about women who have gone above and beyond in every aspect of their life and those who think about others or push their boundaries daily.

So, we’d like to know about that special person who you think deserves special recognition. She could be a family member, a neighbour, a friend or just somebody you admire. Tell us about her and why you think she should be our winner for 2015.

How to nominateSend an email to Lorraine@itv.com with Woman of the Year in the subject line, and the following information in the body of the email:

· Your name and the name of your nominee

· Your relationship to the nominee

· A photograph of the nominee

· Your nominee’s address and telephone number

· Your address and telephone number

· A description (no greater than 250 words) outlining why your nominee should win the Inspirational Woman of the Year award including how the nominee has:

• Achieved incredible things, such as setting up or caring for people in the community

• Overcome difficulties against all odds

• Gone above and beyond in all aspects of their life

• Inspired others

• Thought about others or pushed their boundaries daily

NB: Any entries over 250words may not be considered, or only the first 250 words will be considered

Important:

• Nominations close at midday on Thursday 17 September 2015

• Please get consent from your nominee before nominating them

• Yourself and your nominee must be 18 or over

• You both must be available on certain dates. Before nominating, please read our full terms and conditions
