Zing up your shop bought houmous

Ingredients

Pine nuts, toastedOilSmoked Paprika

Method

  • Decant dip into a nice serving bowl and scatter over the toasted pine nuts

  • Add a drizzle of oil, and a light scatter of smoked paprika

Zing up your shop bought tzatziki

Ingredients

1 CucumberA handful of fresh mint

Method

  • Chop a cucumber in half and scrape out and discard the seeds (they will make the dip too watery)

  • Dice the cucumber into small cubes, chop up some fresh mint and mix through the tzatziki

  • Decant into a nice serving bowl – you can top with a little more chopped mint to serve

Zing up your shop bought guacamole

Ingredients

TomatoesCorianderLime

Method

  • Chop up a handful of tomatoes and remove the seeds (they will make the dip too watery), then finely dice

  • Next, finely dice some fresh coriander

  • Mix tomatoes and coriander through the guacamole and add a good squeeze of lime

  • Decant into a nice serving bowl and enjoy!
