Stance slightly wider than hip width
Rock your hips side to side, adding the arms further on
Small run on the spot
Hands up - left arm up, then right arm up,left arm out to the side, then right arm out to the side x 4
Both arms up and then out adding a lean tothe side X8
Rock side to side
Single single double (right, left, right,right) punch above your head, repeat other way (right, left, right, right)
Single single double shoulders pushingaway from your hips
Small run on the spot
Hands up - left arm up, then right arm up,left arm out to the side, right arm out to the side X4
Both arms up and then out adding a lean tothe side x 8 - do this sequence twice
Single single double (right, left, right,right) punch above your head, repeat other way (right, left, right, right)
Single single double shoulders pushing away from your hips - do this sequence twice
