Accused murderer Christopher Halliwell 'a repeat liar' jury told

Accused murderer Christopher Halliwell is a repeat liar, a jury has been told.

The 52 year old is charged with murdering Swindon woman Becky Goddenin 2003 which he denies.

He led police officers to the place where she was buried in 2011 but has told the court her body was buried in a field by two drugs dealers.

Today in his closing statements at the trial, the prosecuting barrister said he lied repeatedly when giving evidence.
