The road in directions from the junction of Port Road East and Barry Dock Link Road to Pugh’s Garden Centre had to be closed overnight, but has now re-opened.

A Cardiff man, 34, was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and was later released on bail as enquiries continue.

Harry Webb, 27, from Crickhowell was critically injured after he was involved in a crash with a car whilst riding his bike in Hackney on 10 September.
