Man canoes down road as Wales is hit by floods
A man was spotted canoeing down a road after it completely flooded after hours of torrential rain.
The video, filmed in Peterson-super-Ely in the Vale of Glamorgan, shows how one local resident found an alternative way of getting around the village.
In the footage, a man can be seen paddling a canoe near The Sportsmans Rest pub past cars which are submerged in water.
The video was filmed by Tomas Jackson, founder of Anchor House Brewery.
''It was just funny.'' he said.
''I saw him this morning, he was going up and down in his canoe warning people not to drive down the road.
As you can see, it was completely flooded. The water was halfway up the bus stop, so probably about waist height.''
Wales was hit with torrential rainfall on Saturday night, causing flooding and road closures.
The Met Office has issued another yellow warning weather for heavy rain across Wales from 3pm on Monday.
