Flood warnings and alerts as another 24 hours of heavy rain is forecast for Wales

Heavy rainfall has caused travel disruption across Wales and the Met Office says another 24 hours of downpours are on the way.

Natural Resources Wales has issued 13 flood warnings and 23 flood alerts. See their website for more updates.

Train services between Aberystwyth and Shrewsbury are disrupted because of flooding.

Emergency services were called to the scene of some waterlogged roads.

The Met Office has issued a severe weather warning of heavy rain starting on Monday afternoon and into tomorrow. The warning comes into effect at 3pm.
