A commemorative medal has been struck by the Royal Mint in Llantrisant to celebrate Wales' success at the Commonwealth Games and will be presented to the athletes later this afternoon.
Amongst the athletes receiving the medal is rhythmic gymnast Frankie Jones who won Team Wales' first gold medal at this year's Games in the Individual Ribbon rhythmic event.
She was also awarded with one of the competition's most prestigious honours, the David Dixon award, for her contribution to Team Wales and inspiring her fellow athletes.
