Team Wales are in action in Glasgow in the Commonwealth Games and have already reached their target of 27 medals.
Gold for Frankie Jones and Team Wales
Gymnast Frankie Jones has won Team Wales' first gold medal in the Individual Ribbon.
She beat Canadian gymnast Patricia Bezzoubenko in a stunning performance which will be her last ever before retiring from the sport.
It's her sixth medal of the games having already won silver in the Group and Individual All-Around, Ball, Hoop and Clubs.
Jones and her teammates have now won eight of their country's eleven medals putting Wales seventh in the table.
