Crusaders remain seven points clear of second-placed Linfield after a 1-0 win over Glenavon at Seaview, amid Saturday’s league action.

The Crues dominated proceedings throughout the game, but the only goal of the contest came after just 14 minutes.

David Cushley was the architect, with his superb pass finding Declan Caddell who made no mistake with the finish.

Crusaders are now unbeaten in their last four league games, while Glenavon remain in sixth place and eight points behind Ballymena United as a result of the defeat.
