Christmas song for Bradley continues to climb iTunes chart

Liv 'n' G hope their song will make it into the Christmas charts

A charity single written by singing sister duo Liv 'n' G for cancer patient Bradley Lowery went straight in at Number 30 in the iTunes chart and has continued to climb.

The five-year-old from County Durham has Neuroblastoma, a rare form of childhood cancer.

Last week his parents received the devastating news that his tumour had grown and further treatment would no longer be effective.

Olivia Crawford, 15, and Georgia Fletcher, 22, from Hartlepool have been performing together for three years.

The girls told ITV News Tyne Tees that they wanted to do something to make Bradley feel special.

‘Our Superhero (A Christmas Wish)’ was released via the Red Dreams Charity on 16 December.

Based in Hartlepool, the charity works with and supports disadvantaged young people aged 11-19 through the creative arts and media.

The single was released on iTunes and Google Player on 16 December.

Olivia and Georgia say the project is both special and important to them, something they want to see become a success for Bradley.
