Police have confirmed that residents can now return to their homes.

Plymouth residents whose homes and gardens were damaged by the removal of a World War Two bomb say they still don't know who will pay for the repairs.

A 500-metre police cordon has been put in place around an industrial site while a WWII bomb is detonated in controlled explosion.
