11 people from Guernsey have recently reported calls from a person claiming to be from the HSBC Fraud Department - who then steals money themselves.

JT has been fined £380,000 after 999 emergency line was unavailable in Jersey for nearly an hour.

Issues which affected the island's mobile services have now been resolved.
