Pc Bill Barker

The widow of a PC Barker, who died after being swept away by flood water in 2009, has been speaking to ITV Border ten years after his death.

Cumbria Constabulary have raised more than £1,300 in a football tournament to remember their fallen colleague, PC Bill Barker.
