Connor Malpass was driving under the influence and 50mph above the speed limit before the crash in Belton last year.

This collision happened on the A66, near Kirkby Thore. Another man has been taken to hospital with "serious" injuries. Police are appealing for witnesses.

Officials at Northern Lincolnshire and Goole Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust say the situation in Grimsby, Scunthorpe and Goole is now under control.
