A woman with a range of mobility issues and multiple long-term health conditions said she had been ignored after inquiring about the accessibility of events.

The Gateshead shopping centre is hoping to get approval for the facilities on top of one of their multi-storey car parks.

The centre will offer diagnoses for respiratory and cardiac issues which are conditions that the NHS have said are seeing increased referrals.
