Dean Lowe who was killed when he was hit by a vehicle last August, has been recognised in this year's DIFERA awards.

Vic Tanner Davy, the founder and Chief Executive of Liberate Jersey, is stepping down on Friday 1 March and will be replaced by Kaye Nicholson.
