Campaigners welcome same-sex Union Civile consultation

Campaigners are welcoming a public consultation into same-sex Union Civile partnerships in Guernsey.

From next week, islanders can have their say on the issue, and it'll then be debated in the States later in the year.

Today (26 May) the Island's equal rights charity, Liberate, met with faith leaders and the Chief Minister to discuss the plans.
