Cyclist

A collision involving a cyclist and motorcyclist took place on Banbury Road in Oxford, just before 8.30am on Monday (4 November). Two people have been arrested.

Beckie Hamilton, an experienced cyclist, was thrown from her bike and into the path of an oncoming truck, who had to swerve to avoid her.

Police are trying to track down the driver of the van, who did not stop at the scene, on the A4130 near to Halifax Road, Wallingford.
