Blackwall Tunnel

The major north-south artery will be closed from 10pm on Friday 31 March until 5am on Monday 3 April as the bridge is constructed across the A102 in Greenwich.

Police were forced to closed the northbound tunnel for the safety of the man.

The Blackwall Tunnel in south-east London has re-opened this morning after a 20 hour closure that caused travel mayhem.
