The historic Maryport Town Hall on Senhouse Street will open its doors again today to serve the community.

A consultation is open for local residents, businesses, students and visitors to give their thoughts on how to improve the Murray Road/Central Way gateway.

The council believe that the increase in use of an app which can be used to report fly tipping has caused the steep increase in incidents.
