A group of teenagers have made an anti-terrorism rap video inspired by the knife attack at Leytonstone Tube station.

Cold as ISIS opens with the lyrics “I’m a Muslim not a terrorist” and continues: “I'm practising to be a Muslim, not a killer".

Abdalla, a pupil at Lammas School in Waltham Forest, decided to pen the lyrics in response to December's Tube station attack, in which one person was seriously injured.

The 15-year-old told the Waltham Forest Echo: “I showed what I had written to my teachers and they encouraged me to work on the writing and record a music video while we were on a trip to Parliament to learn about British values.”

The song's chorus has the lyrics: “Stepping into heaven will make me a winner, but killing the innocent would make me a sinner."

It also refers to November's Paris attacks.

The video has had more than 8,000 views on YouTube.

Aliya Fathma Najihati wrote on YouTube: "I don't know you all, but you guys are amazing! I love the lyrics, it's so spot on. I hope this song reaches more people. God bless."
