Avanti services will be extremely limited on the days of the strikes and a revised timetable will be issued from 14 December.

A rail company has introduced a low alcohol beer to their onboard shop to reduce drunken disorder over the Christmas period and make "rail safety tasty".

Andy Mellors says the company must maintain a "laser focus" on delivering "the timetable that we promise to customers".
