Channel Minimum Wage

Some politicians are worried the change will push up prices but Guernsey States Members still approved upping the adult minimum wage from £10.65 to £12 an hour.

The higher salary threshold will come in from April 2025 but there are concerns that the move, rather than easing the cost of living, could push up prices.
