Tunisia survivor: 'It's always on your mind, how lucky you were'
Eighteen months on, and Donna Crouch, from Coventry, is still reliving that morning she and her husband were caught up in the Tunisian terror attack.
The couple had been to Tunisia before on their honeymoon and decided to visit the the resort of Sousse in June 2015, after spotting a good deal online.
They had been staying at the Palm Marina Hotel, right next door to the Imperial Marhaba Hotel, and had decided to go for a walk along the beach.
Donna says they were hassled by a beach vendor before hearing what she described as "pops" and turned around to see a man with holding a gun.
That man was extremist Seifeddine Rezgui, who had armed himself with a gun and ammunition, intent on opening fire on tourists in the popular area of Port El Kantaoui, Sousse.
In total, 38 people lost their lives that day, including 30 Britons who were shot dead on the beach and in and around the Imperial Marhaba Hotel.
Donna and her husband saw the gunman start shooting on the beach and ran towards the nearby Bellevue Park Hotel to escape.
Donna says she will never forget what happened that day and even now she still thinks about it when she can't get to sleep at night.
"It's always on your mind, how lucky you were and that you might not have been so lucky."
Even now, the couple say they haven't been on holiday since and can't bring themselves to go again.
An inquest has heard evidence from families and friends of all 30 British tourists killed, along with others like Donna who witnessed what happened.
People who were lucky enough to escape with their lives but have to live with the memory of what happened to those who didn't.
