Man racially abused by group of young people in Penrith
Police are investigating after a group of young people racially abused a man in Penrith.
The incident happened on 24 July in Castle Park at around 6pm.
Around eight to ten people, between the ages of 16-18, approached the man in his 30s playing offensive music and then continued to shout racist comments towards him.
It's the third incident of this nature in Cumbria and southern Scotland in the last week.
Police are asking members of the public who may've witnessed the attack to contact 101.
