How to send Christmas cards to Bradley Lowery

Bradley Lowery has received thousands of Christmas cards.

A five-year-old boy, who is battling a rare cancer for the second time, has received more Christmas cards than Santa at a Gateshead sorting office.

Bradley Lowery, was first diagnosed with Neuroblastoma, which affects around 100 children in the UK each year, in 2013.

It causes tumours - most commonly above the kidneys or in the nerve tissue that runs alongside the spinal cord in the neck, chest, stomach or pelvis.

Nearly £630,000 of public donations have been raised for the youngster to receive specialist treatment in America.

But last week, Bradley's family received the devastating news that the treatment will not save his life because his tumour has grown.

Bradley's parents have said his wish is to have as many Christmas cards as possible, and thousands have been sent after a campaign was launched.

Last week, the five-year-old thanked everyone who has sent cards, presents or made donations in a short video, posted to Facebook.
