Adele Silva unveils new breasts after surgery

After sharing her breast implant regrets on the show earlier this month, Emmerdale and Hollyoaks actress Adele Silva invited our cameras into the operating room as she underwent breast reconstruction surgery, but did she get the outcome she was hoping for?

Adele, who had a breast enlargement aged 22, went under the knife once again to have her implants replaced, reduced and lifted. Today, she returned to unveil the results of the procedure.

"I'm over the moon," Adele told Lorraine. "No pain whatsoever, I just felt like I'd done a really good gym workout."

Appearing on the show earlier this month, Adele said she felt pressure to look a certain way as a youngster, and chose to have her breasts enlarged , from a B to a D cup, in a bid to boost her self-confidence.

But after welcoming a baby girl last year, Adele said she suffered from a sagging chest following pregnancy and wished she could reverse the procedure.
