Karren Brady on Theresa May's speech: 'It was unfortunate'
Everything that could've gone wrong, went wrong...
The Apprentice is back and this morning Lord Sugar's right hand woman joined Ben and Susanna to talk about the new series and to give her thoughts on Theresa May's gaffe-packed conference speech.
Baroness Karren Brady told Good Morning Britain she thought the Prime Minister's speech - punctuated by coughing fits and falling props - was 'unfortunate' and a 'nightmare' as well as describing comedian Simon Bodkin's P45 stunt as 'ridiculously offensive'.
She said, "everything that could've gone wrong, went wrong," before offering some words of wisdom, "The most important thing to do in that situation is to take control, deliver the promises she has made, get on with running the country and giving us some sort of stability and guidance through Brexit."
Brady, who has been on The Apprentice for eight years, described the show as 'fantastic'.
"There's nothing like it on television - it's business at the core of it, sometimes how not to do business is just as important how to do business," she said.
