1 Million Minutes Awards - Len Goodman Volunteer of the Year

Our 1 Million Minutes Awards is back and we want to hear from you about an individual or group who deserves recognition for giving up their time to help others.

Whether they are a neighbour, colleague or friend, now is the time to get in touch and tell us all about them and why they deserve to win our Len Goodman Volunteer of the Year award

The individual or group you nominate needs to be aged 45 and over and the closing date for nominations is 9am on Monday 30th September.

The winner will join us live on Good Morning Britain in December 2024.

To make a nomination, send an email to gmb1mm@itv.com with ‘Len Goodman Volunteer of the Year’ in the subject line and the following information in the body of the email:

• Your name and the name of your Nominee;

• Your relationship to the Nominee;

• Your telephone number;

• The telephone number of the Nominee and;

• Confirmation that the nominator has received the necessary permission(s) tonominate the individual or group;

• A description (to be no greater than 200 words) outlining why the nominee should beawarded the Len Goodman Award - Volunteer of the Year Award 2024 including howthe nominee has gone above and beyond to help someone or a community overcomeloneliness and why they should be recognised for the selfless act of volunteering.

At the bottom of your email please include the following statement:

“I consent to the processing of my Sensitive Information in accordance with the Sensitive Information Privacy Notice.”

Terms & Conditions

Any entry which is more than 200 words may not be considered or, at the producers’ discretion, only the first 200 words of the entry may be considered.

A nominator can only nominate one (1) person or one (1) group. Nominations via email are free except for any internet service providers’ charges which may apply.

You must be aged 18 or over to nominate. Your nominee must be aged 45 or over.

Both you and your nominee must be UK, Channel Island or Isle of Man residents.

Applications close at 9am on Monday 30th September 2024.

Please get permission from the nominee before you nominate them, and make them aware of our terms and conditions and Privacy Policy.
