You've kicked off your healthy week - now carry on with day two! Here's some quick and easy exercises to do on Tuesday.
The full body routine takes five minutes. Depending on your fitness level, you can complete the routine once for a five-minute workout, twice for a 10-minute workout or three times for the the full 15 minutes. Whatever you decide, Scott is with you all the way!
