Meet our fitness and diet experts

I believe that to be truly happy, we must lead a lifestyle that is healthy and active

Scott Ashley

OurEat More, Lose More fitness expert Scott Ashley is from Hertfordshire and works in one of London’s most exclusive gyms. He’s trained with everyone from celebrities such as the Hasselhoff family and boybands Blue and Lawson to film stars, fashion icons and even royalty. Now he’s here to train with you!

Influenced by multiple training methods, Scott looks at exercise holistically - working the whole body and incorporates yoga and Pilates elements into his workouts. No expensive equipment or gadgets needed here! Scott believes that exercising with your bodyweight is key to losing weight, increasing fitness, building muscle definition and improving balance.

Scott says: "I believe that to be truly happy, we must lead a lifestyle that is healthy and active. Our bodies were built to be active and physically challenged. We now live in a world where we are constantly 'seated' so it's more important than ever to get moving when we can and with my quick and simple GMB workouts - there’s no excuse not to!”

Scott can’t wait to get started – and neither can we!

Tonia Buxton, our nutrition expert

Tonia Buxton is a presenter, writer, gourmet cook and nutritionist which she balances with being a wife and mum to four children!

Tonia is passionate about Greek and Cypriot food, having done her apprenticeship from a very young age in her mother's kitchen and believes Greek food is a big undiscovered secret. She has written for many years about healthy eating and is a fantastic advertisement for the benefits of a Mediterranean diet - one that is low in sugar, and so our summer Sun, Sea and Sugar Free food plan was based on this.

Ten years ago she decided to drastically reduce the sugar in her own diet and since then, says she feels younger, healthier and fitter. She says she also looks younger too... and we agree, it's difficult to believe she is 47!
