Do you think you're a sugar addict?

GMB is going Sugar free this January, World Health Organisation guidelines state we should each consume less than 50g per person per day, but current figures show most of us are consuming at least double that amount.

GMB has enlisted the help of Hollywood's top fitness expert Jessie Pavelka and The Biggest Loser's nutritionist Cheryl Forberg. They will guide three recruits on a 30 day low sugar diet and exercise online plan, which viewers can also follow at home.

So, can you walk past a bar of chocolate without being tempted? Can you take your tea without a spoonful of the white stuff? Could you be a sugar addict? That's the question we put to the GMB diet ladies...
