Meet Cheryl Forberg
Cheryl Forberg is a registered dietician, an award-winning chef and a New York Times bestselling author. She was recently named one of the top food and nutrition experts to follow on Twitter.
For the last 10 years she has been the nutritionist for the NBC hit show, The Biggest Loser. Her role is to help overweight contestants transform their bodies, health and ultimately, their lives. Cheryl is also an author, Her newest book, A Small Guide to Losing Big will be released in January 2015.
