Reality Commissioning Team

We’re looking to commission big, broad, compelling and talked about reality series across ITV1, ITV2 and ITVBe.

Our reality content will also be available on ITVX.

ITV1

Stripped reality series with broad appeal, such as My Mum Your Dad

• Needs to be relatable to a mainstream audience

• Must have heart and humour

• Should feel ambitious and have scale

ITV2

Stripped reality events, such as Love Island and Big Brother

• Aimed at a young audience, so must be relevant and relatable to this demo

• Could be fast turnaround, with viewer interaction (ie. voting) or post produced

• Should create a shared viewing experience and drive conversation across social

• Precinct needs to feel distinct and original

ITVBe

Female skewed, talent led reality, such as TOWIE and Billie & Greg: The Family Diaries

• Ensemble cast, or solo talent

• Should feel glossy & aspirational

• Intimate and authentic access, filmed in an obs doc style

• Driven by a compelling story or life event (such as a wedding, a pregnancy or new venture)

We only accept submissions from production companies.

Development money is available.

We aim to respond to all submissions within four weeks.
